REST & HEADACHES
Insomnia, migraines, and tension headaches often share a common root: an overloaded nervous system. Acupuncture may support sleep cycle regulation, reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines, and help restore restorative rest.
Many clients tell us that after several sessions they notice they fall asleep faster, wake up less frequently, or sleep feels more restorative. Acupuncture may contribute to improving rest quality by working on nervous regulation.
Migraines and tension headaches may respond to acupuncture, especially in people whose episodes are linked to stress, visual overload or cervical tension. The goal is not to block pain but to support the overall regulation of the nervous system.
Tinnitus, vertigo, and frequent dizziness may be associated with nervous system imbalances or cervical tension. Acupuncture may support the regulation of these sensory disturbances as part of a personalised plan.
At Yang we listen to sleep patterns, migraine frequency and triggers before proposing a plan. Sessions adapt to each person's state and may include complementary techniques such as moxa when useful.
